James is the Co-Founder and CEO of Firebase. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and is an alumni of Y-Combinator. Firebase is his third startup, it was preceded by one epic failure (Keep Security: biometric security for smartphones) and one exit (SendMeHome: blogs for physical objects).
